Noah is a current doctoral student in the School of Criminal Justice (SCJ) at Michigan State University. His research focuses on terrorism, extremism, and radicalization with a broader concentration on crime prevention and public policy. Noah is the project manager for the U.S. Extremist Crime Database’s (ECDB) Risk and Protective Factors Dataset (RPFD), and previously managed the creation of the U.S. Extremist Cyber Crime Database (ECCD). Noah has also served as the student member on the Executive Board of the ASC's Division of Terrorism and Bias Crime (DTBC). His most recent work has been published in academic journals such as Crime & Delinquency, Journal of Criminal Justice, and Terrorism & Political Violence.
